So I got the pop up message that there were new downloads for Storyline. Got my System Admin to provide username and password to get the download and once it restarted it took me back to the 30-day trial but I've had Storyline for almost 6 months now. It still had the stories I created but I'm concerned that this only lasts for 30-days. Anyone else have that issue??
I ran into this as well, but all I had to do was re-enter my serial number for my license and I was back up and running. I believe your Story files themselves will never expire even if your Storyline license expires. However, you obviously won't be able to open and edit these files unless you have an active Storyline license.

Hi Ericka,
And to add to Ryan's point about re-entering your serial number: that field should populate automatically when you click the "Activate" button.
But if you need any assistance retrieving your serial number, please don't hesitate to give our awesome sales support team a shout.
Thanks!
