Hi, I am having several issues with my storyline 2 files being viewed in Chrome. Fonts are sometime blurry or run together and layers are not functioning as designed. This happens in HealthStream, Moodle, and AWS. However, I am not having these issues when using IE-11.
Sorry to hear you're having problems with the display of your courses in Chrome. Do you have the latest version of Chrome installed on your computer though? I think Storyline 2 has several requirements for your system so that you'll be able to view Storyline 2 content without issues.
Also, are you publishing your content using Flash? If so, I think Chrome blocks Flash content by default as part of their new security feature for Chrome versions 56 and up. You could also try viewing your content in Tempshare to check if it is displaying as expected for web outputs.
I'm publishing for LMS using SCORM 1.2. and checking the boxes for HTML5 output, Use Articulate Mobil Player for iOS or Android, and Allow downloading for offline viewing.
Thanks for sharing the additional information. I have seen some reports of text not being as crisp in the HTML5 output of Storyline 2. You mentioned that layers are not functioning as designed as well and I'd like to take a look at both of these issues. Please let me know how to replicate the layer issue you are seeing.
