I am sending zip files to an external LMS for delivery to contractors. The same files are being used in our internal LMS with no issue but when the external LMS team tries to upload the files they get a error 404. They are speculating that there is an issue with the CBT launcher. Has anyone experienced this before or have suggestions for a solution? I can't figure out why the CBT would work in our LMS but not theirs when it is the same zip file?
We are using SCORM 1.2 and have never had an issue with the communications protocol before. I am sending updated versions of the CBTs and for some reason the zip file that I send is not working although previous versions (also SCORM 1.2) did work.
Is the contractor loading the ZIP file as a brand new course, or are they updating an existing course? When the course was originally published, was it using Flash, HTML5 with Flash fallback, or HTML5 only? What does this version of the course use?
I assume that the contractor is uploading as an update. When the course was first published it was published with HTML5 with Flash but now is only published as HTML5.

Our company uses an older version of sumtotal where the CBTs seem to be working fine while the contractor is ISNnetworld.
What communications protocol is your course using (AICC, SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004) and does the external LMS support that protocol?
