Issues with Videos once Courses are on the LMS

When we add new courses to the LMS, the video(s) in the courses either freeze, become pixelated or go to a black screen. We have never had this issue before. We aren't doing anything new to our videos. They are mp4 files always less than 400mb added to a slide. The video and slide/player times are the same.

Also, the issues aren't consistent. Some people have the issues and some don't with the same course. Some people have different issues with the same course. 

Has anyone had a similar issue or have any advice? It may be more of an LMS issue than an Articulate one, but we can't figure it out.

You could also test your course in SCORM Cloud. If the issue can't be replicated in SCORM Cloud, then the issue is with your LMS.
