Isues with SL2 seekbar in layered slides and background changes when converting SL1 slides.

Jul 23, 2015

Hello,

After my satisfied experiences with Storyline 1, I am in the process of evaluating Storyline 2 (update 5) and facing 2 issues.

1. All my original SL1 slides having a white background were automatically changed to a brown fabric texture background during the auto-conversion for SL2.

2. The seekbar with its play and replay buttons are not behaving as it should in my layered slides i.e. when i am on another layer and i press replay, the base layer plays but the white seekbar freezes or disappears and displays the play button instead of the pause button. This happens in both preview and published.

Note: The story files I am using are direct conversions of my original SL1 created by SL2. I did not face any seekbar issues with SL1.

Welcomes any help to solve this. Thanks :)

Hi Christie - Thanks for the reply. Where can I send the pared-down .story files to?

For a quick look, I have prepared the pared-down samples at the following urls. The layered slides are accessible thru menu... item 20 and 22. Note the 2 issues I raised earlier, the back ground change and irregular behavior of seekbar in Storyline 2 (layered slides).

Storyline 1 - http://tagavtutor.com/sl1/

Storyline 2 -  http://tagavtutor.com/sl2/
