IT Can't Uninstall Articulate Storyline or Studio on Network

Hi, I hope you can help us. On Monday, I deleted some Articulate QM 13 Output files from the LAN, and that included some that I shouldn’t have. Since then, none of my Articulate Studio applications work. “Articulate QM 13 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program.” The two options are close and debug. Neither solves the problem.

It’s the strangest thing! IT restored the folder to the LAN, but that did not solve the problem. I’ve also had four techs (including two high level) work on this issue. One superstar tech has spent hours working on this, and despite the fact that he is a creative problem solver with admin credentials, Articulate simply will not uninstall. He looked into deleting the files and cleaning the registry, but that causes additional problems. I have a project due tomorrow, and we are running out of things to try. Please help!!!
