Hi all. I'm coming back to storyline after a few months in the wilderness.
Just thought you might have got that bug ironed out by now? Same with radio buttons - I try to duplicate one to fill the list and its goodbye from Storyline...
Your hunch is right: The issue where Storyline would crash when copying and pasting checkbox radio buttons was fixed in update 20 of Storyline 360 a few weeks ago. 🌟
Sorry to say, it aint fixed. In this film you'll see - there are a group of checkboxes, I try to copy & paste one, and it crashes. This happened when there was only one checkbox and I tried to duplicate it - as I'd added a wrong state it would have been easier to be able to copy it...
Hey, Adam. Thanks for getting back so quickly, and I'm so sorry to hear that this bug may have resurfaced.
While testing your slide on the latest update of Storyline 360, I found the same behavior on my side. Strangely the crash doesn't happen when I try to copy and paste the last checkbox, and I'm unable to recreate in a new file.
Have no fear, though: I'm going to enlist the help of our Support Engineers for a closer look. I'll share your file with the team, and they'll reach out to you as quickly as possible with their findings. Thanks for your patience, as we work to find out what's causing this problem!
