When we upload SCORM on CrossKnowledge LMS the japanese text doesnt render well.
It works well in chrome but not in IE 11. When I open course from SCORM package (scormcontent/index.html) directly in IE that also works well but not from CrossKnowledge. Please see attached screenshot

Do you have Modern Text enabled? Also, would you be willing to share the project file with us for a closer look? You can share it publicly here, or send it privately by uploading it here. We'll test it in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud, and delete it after!
The issue is still not resolved even after making changes suggested (set font to Arial Unicode MS).
SCORM is uploaded on CrossKnowledge LMS and it still gives same issue in IE11, Japanese. If I open scormcontent/index.html directly in IE11 it works fine.

uploaded SCORM file here, the case number is 02010410.
Modern Text is enable. Uploaded storyline as well, case number for the same is 02010852.
