My current problem is that I need my "next" button to track the user activity and save to a database, thus allowing the database to tell how far they got, if they finished, and allow users to use any computer/browser and pick up where they left off. [yes the user has to sign in]
I know I can do this by using the execute via java-script option but ; What is the code for that ? and is this possible.
Hi, Stefne -- Thanks for your question, but as it involves the use of JavaScript and that is not something for which we are able to offer support, I'll need to defer to your fellow community members to assist your further here.
JavaScript isn't my "fluent language" so I'm at a complete loss when it starts asking about tables and stuff. If anyone can translate this in to English that would be Awesome and greatly appreciated.

ok, thanks
I know but i don't think the client has an LMS up at the moment. one solution they found that pushes strictly for java is this; https://elearning.net/saving-storyline-quiz-data-to-an-external-database/
