javascript error - SumTotal - I'm clueless!

Hi everyone. This is one for the awesome brains trust that is the Articulate community.
I'm not sure if this is something that can be fixed at an Articulate 360 level or not.
We have an issue where an articulate 360 course is not working within our LMS (SumTotal) We have published a number of courses related to this one and they work fine but this particular course does not. This course works in other LMS's like Moodle and Canvas.
We have investigated the issues and found that the java script that is produced by Articulate in this course is throwing up and error.
I have no idea where to start looking.
Can anyone shed some light or give me an idea where to start?

I'm probably more clueless than you when it comes to Javascript errors, but not to worry - I have an amazing Support Team to back me up! 😀
If you'd like to start a case and share a copy of your .story file and that error messaging they'll be able to help. Let me know if you do, as I'll follow along. Really curious to see what piece in this course is causing you so much trouble.
Oh, and a link to your course on SumTotal if you can. 😀 That way our team can look at the errors in real time!
