I want to use jquery plugins to extend the functionality of storyline is there any plugins available for storyline.or can we use javascript so that it can work efficiently on android devices
I think Storyline is not 'developer' tool(like flash) at this point to extend JS functionalists. For now the customization is limited to developing some new storyline templates, but that's it. Once the storyline API released (may be later this year??) developers may get something to play with. But again i am not sure what storyline APIs would be capable of.
If they are going to be similar to Articulate E-learning Studio APIs then they can be only used for controlling playback functionalists.
By the way, is there a preview available about the specifications of Storyline APIs, anyone?
@Brian, You an create image sliders in Storyline, see here for just one simple example. This was all done with Storyline triggers and layers. If you do need the exact functionality provided by either of the two JavaScript-based sliders you had listed, you can create your slider using these tools and then display them inside a Storyline web object.

Other than the 'Execute JavaScript' trigger is there any other way of using JavaScript in Storyline?
Specifically I'd like to add something like this to my Storyline project: http://basic-slider.com/ or http://www.jssor.com/index.html

Hi Michael, thanks very much for this! I now know to use the web object and have made a start. Much appreciated, Brian
