javascript variables

Nov 24, 2016

Hi,

Here's what I am trying to achieve.

The user enters their name in the first screen of a course, goes through a number of screens and then gets to an outcome.

Upon clicking the last button, I want an email to open and have it populated with the user's name they entered.

I'm guessing this will have to be javascript, and I already have the JS code to open the emailer with a fixed subject and body, but coming up short on how I would code the variable.

In a totally ideal world, I would love the email just to send, without the user even knowing, but I am guessing this isn't possible, so relying on them to click send on their email will have to do for now. Unless anyone knows different ;)
