I recently created a Jeopardy game for up to five teams. I didn't put music or sound in it, but feel free to add for extra flare. Click the applicable team letter (A-E) if they score points for the question that is open. There is a scoreboard at the bottom of the screen that adds the amount via variable.
Have fun modifying it for your specific use.
