Hi, I am developing a quiz game that gives feedback with an X for incorrect and a check-mark for incorrect. For some reason, I am continuing to get an X on the game board even when the answer if correct. This question is the only one that offers a select all that apply option. If anyone thinks that they can help please let me know. I am sure it's something very simple, but I have been trying to figure this out for the past two days.
That was it Walt!!! That question was the only one that was having the issue and it was the only one that was a select all that apply option. I figured out a solution by changing the question and making it a multiple choice A, B, C, and D response and it works fine now. Thanks a million! And thank you as well Leslie for chiming in and offering assistance!

You can't mix AND and OR conditions in triggers.
