Jumbled Text when quizzes viewed on iPad.

Hi,  I'm involved in testing Storyline for my company and have found an interesting glitch.  I am using the trial version on windows 7 PC.  I have imported multiple quizzes from Quizmaker 09 into Storyline and using a standard player layout and color scheme, published these quizzes enabling HTML5 and downloading.  I added these quizzes to my MacBook using the Mac to host the content in the sites directory,  So far I have loaded and tested 6 quizzes.  The first quiz was flawless playing through the App on the ipad and after downloading playing offline.  Magnificent.  The remainder of the quizzes loaded identically with no errors or issues but when played on the iPad either realtime or dowloaded were unreadible.  All the text appeared normal on the initial play still image when accessed by the library but when played the text was jumbled.  Sentence structure is intact but the letters do not form words.  All the questions are pure text multiple choice questions.  I have reviewed all the settings to include font and they appear identical to the good one.  Any idea what I am doing wrong or what might be the issue?
