jump back and forward from different slides depending on previous

Hey

I'm building a course in Storyline 3 where there is a branch for the course itself and a branch for what I call "knowledge bank". The learner can choose to either go to the bank directly (on the right in the picture) or take the course with quizzes etc.(on the left in picture) BUT I would love to be able to insert buttons throughout the course, with links to specific destinations in the "bank". But this also means that the "back" button on the slides in the bank would have to go back to the specific destination in the course, from where they came. Is this possible?

By default the previous button should go to the previous slide and not in the previous one in the slide order. Thus, is you're on slide 10 and click a link to slide 15, the back button takes to to slide 10.

Personally, you may be better of having a link to a light box slide. That can take them to a specific slide and when they close the light box, they're on the original slide.
