Jump to Next Slide when Timeline starts - can see a screen for a split second before jumping

Oct 08, 2020

I'm building a prototype for a course where you can review quiz results after each question. I've created a work around for clicking next so that you don't have to review the Results slide again after going back and reviewing your  incorrect/correct answers for each question. I've added a variable and a "jump to next question when timeline starts" on the results slide if variable is equal to true. Everything works as planned; however, when advances you can see the Results slide for a split second prior to jumping to the next question. Anyone have any idea how to get rid of this lag? It happens in Review 360 preview and when I published the course and reviewed from the zip folder.

Hi Jennifer,

I've looked at the problem a little bit and I may have an option.

What I've done is that for each result slide, I've added a fade animation that starts at 0.5 seconds.

I've also indicated that the slide should return to its original state when it is visited again.

That way it doesn't see the little "glitch" when you go to the next question.

I hope this has helped you.

Have a very good day
