When I go to Player and create a new link in the player tabs window called Restart Course and set the link to jump back to slide 1 it doesn't work. I have to click on the link twice and then it just shows a blank screen.
I want to allow the user to get part way through the course and then start again if they want to but I dont have room for a button on the slide.
Also, is there a way of adding a button in the same area as the Next and Prev / Submit buttons?

My problems got worse and not only wouldn't the restart course link work, my (Prev) previous button stopped working and animation stopped although older animation still worked.
I uninstalled and then reinstalled Story Line and this seems to have fixed the problems I was having . . I had just done the update so am worried about installing it again.

works fine for me are you only previewing a slide or a scene that does not have that slide?
You could add in a submit button and rename it to restart
