Jump to URL/File Trigger not working in Storyline

Hello,

I have perused the forum for something that would help me with this problem, but with no luck!

I am trying to create a hyperlink trigger "Jump to URL/File."

I enter the following for the file dialog box: mailto:email@domain.com - but when I test it, it says it is invalid. I have also tried publishing a test file and this does not work either.

I have also tried using the automatic URL generator here:

http://www.cha4mot.com/t_mailto.html

And this DOES work on my computer. In fact, all other mailto links seem to be working fine.

Any ideas?
