Just a detail about flattened buttons

Looking at your results, I assume you are using the rounded rectangle option button. If this is the case, you will only be able to increase the size to a certain point  before it becomes a rounded rectangle and no longer appears to be just circular:

 

If, on the other hand, you create your own buttons by using a circular shape and then inserting an appropriate icon in the middle, you will be able to resize to whatever size you wish whilst still retaining the circle.

If you use this technique, the best way to set up your button is to place the circular shape on top of the icon, give it a 100% transparent fill and then increase the weight of the outline (as shown below). If you don't do this and set your trigger to activate when you click on the circle, you will lose the ability to select it when you pass over the icon.
