I just updated SL 360 this morning and this afternoon it crashes EVERY time I publish my project. This project is very time sensitive so I am trying not so flip out, please assist. The last time I put in a ticket for assistance, NO ONE contacted me. Thank you
After much review, I discovered that it was user error. I had two scenes, one with a randomized quiz and a blank one, the blank one was first. When I deleted the blank scene I was able to publish! It's the little things...thank you again for your assistance.

Way to track down the culprit and get yourself back-to-good as well :)
I took a look at the support case you filed previously and it looks like Miker reached out to you twice. I'm resending the latest e-mail so that you can double-check that you are getting replies from our team (be sure to check your junk/spam folder if needed as well - it will be from support@articulate.com).

this KB article may help you rollback a version so you can publish
Also check your junk mail for replies from Articulate support when you log a ticket. Good luck!
