Hi Margherita,

Thanks for reaching out here! I'm seeing the same thing, and wanted to confirm what version and update of Storyline you're using? I'm going to report this to my team as a possible software bug.

From here, I’ll meet with my team to take a closer look so we can determine next steps. Sometimes my team catches errors in my logic and we don’t have a bug after all. Of course, if that’s the case, I’ll let you know!

Depending on priority and risk, some bugs can be fixed quickly, while others take longer to resolve. Here's more information on how we identify and tackle bugs.

Let me know if you need anything else!

Hi Margherita!

Great news today!

Our newest update ( Update 32, build 3.32.20313.0) for Storyline 360 just shipped out today!

You'll see all the fixes in the updated release notes. This update includes a fix for a bug where justifying the text in a numbered/bulleted list would cut off text.

Make sure to update Articulate 360 to get all the fixes!

Hello! Today we released the newest update for Storyline 3 which includes the same fix that was released for Storyline 360! You'll find the font is not cut off when justifying the text in a bulleted/numbered list!

To get the newest update of Storyline 3, head over here! You can see the other fixes we've released by checking out the Storyline 3 Version History.
