I have a course that I'm trying to publish as SCORM 1.2 but I keep receiving a publishing error and being asked to send the report to Articulate. I don't receive any detail as to what is wrong and why I keep receiving the error. This is very frustrating as I need to publish this course.
Can someone please help me troubleshoot what is going on?
Hello Clint - Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty during your publish process. Sounds like this is only affecting one project file? I'd recommend importing into a new file and then try to publish the course. If you need us to take a look, you are welcome to share the .story file.

Like I said yesterday this worked, however, I had to go in and fix a few UI items and when I went to publish the file the same error came up. I tried the same approach as I did before and still am getting this error. Can I send my file to a support engineer to have them see if they can determine what's going on?
