My engage backgrounds are set to 100% transparency. How do I get this to reflect in Articulate Storyline? Previously, in studio, we were required to edit the Presenter Options to achieve this effect. Now my engage background just comes up as a slate color and I would instead like the Master Slide template to show through. Please help!
I'm not sure it's possible - Engage objects actually load in Storyline as web objects (see this tutorial), and the slate gray color you are seeing is probably coming from the web object. Looking at the available options I don't see anything that would allow you to set the web object background to transparent.
Agree with Brian this is probably the reason why. I did notice this during the beta. I would prefer to remove engage when I am updating projects because they dont seem to fit within Storyline IMHO
