Keyboard issues during "record screen".

Dear fellow storyline users, 

Since a couple of days I have issues with my keyboard while creating a screen recording. If i try to make a letter combination with " problems occur. In German letter combinations like ö, ü, ä are quite common. When typing these letters (first press shift+" and then the letter) I have no issues. BUT when making a screen recording it's impossible to make these letters and they show up as ""o for instance. Has anyone experiencing the same issues. Because I have no clue on how to solve this. But it really prevents me from making my e-learning demos at this time.  

I work on a Windows 10 laptop. Language Dutch, Keybord settings are set to American (international) on a QWERTY keyboard. 

Suggestions are well appreciated.
