I’m creating a step by step tutorial using Storyline. Sometimes it captures keystrokes and sometimes it doesn’t. In particular it seems to ignore keystrokes entered in the terminal emulator, IBM iAccess . Any suggestions on how to make Storyline capture these keystrokes?
Does it only seem to happen in IBM iAccess, or does it happen if you record a different program?
I'm wondering if there may be a permissions or security feature of the program that might be causing an issue. I've never used the program, however, so I may be way off base.

It also doesn't capture when screens change. I guess I'm going to have to build it out manually. :^(
