We want to build an assessment to check our learner's knowledge and skill level of Digital Marketing. The assessment results will help us develop and design our training content. Are there any tutorials for designing same or similar assessments? If not, are there any best practices you could recommend? We plan to upload the assessment to our LMS to track learner scores and progress. In addition to tracking the final quiz results, is it possible to track the results of individual quiz questions?
