My course, which I publish to Scorm 1.2 and display on the latest version of Moodle, contains several knowledge checks that are not working properly. Even when a student enters the correct answers, the checks indicate 0% correct at the end of the exam. When you review the exam, it shows each individual question as being correct. Any idea what the problem may be?

have you tried uploading and testing in Scormcloud - that will help determine if it's a setting in SL that needs fixing or in your LMS.
