Lagging on LMS and in Review360

Hello,
I have created an E-Learning module. When checking it in the review link it has delays loading the next slides. All slides are video and content-heavy. The lags exceed 8 mins when viewing on a mobile device and lags on a desktop/laptop are about 10 seconds. The same is occurring when reviewing it on the LMS. I have tried packaging it many different ways, and still, nothing helped. It is a very large file so I wasn't able to upload it on Scorm cloud.
Any help on how I can get the lagging to stop?

When reviewing your courses, which web browser are you using? Would you be able to share your Review 360 link so we can try and recreate the lag on our side?
I'd also like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.

We've been using chrome and I have tried IE, firefox and all have the same lag.
I have uploaded the file for you to review.
