What's the overall screen resolution of your computer? Can you look to see if it's set to 100% and let me know how that looks? If you don't know how to change it let me know what version of Windows you're using and I can get you some directions!
It sounds like you might be experiencing a Windows 7 limitation that occurs when Aero is disabled. The Articulate 360 desktop-authoring apps require Aero to be enabled in Windows 7 if you're using a high DPI setting (i.e., a high resolution monitor). See this article for details and quick solution.

It's already set at 125%, actually. It doesn't seem to be responding to the Windows system control panel settings, I'm using Windows 7.
