We are facing an issue on our LMS system, where courses are built in Articulate storyline and contain assessment.
The course opens in a new window. When user completes the assessment, which is typically at the end of the course, and then tries to close the course by closing the window, the system simply freezes for 2-3 minutes. It confuses the user. If the user patiently waits for 2-3 minutes, then LMS page refreshes with the updated data of the course. But if the user force closes the browser window, then system doesnt update the data.
Has anyone faced such an issue with their articulate storyline built content?
Hi Vinayak. Does this behavior happen with all of your users on all different browsers? I would recommend that you test your published course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS.
SCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine, and although “SCORM” is in its name, you can also use it to test AICC and Tin Can API content. (Click here for AICC testing instructions.)
If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. Your LMS provider may request a debug log to help identify the problem.Click here to learn how to generate a debug log.
