And I don't want to remove my client customized background as well...
Does the first drag item disappear quickly after you press the Submit button? We're seeing that behavior in Quizmaker 360, as well.

Ok, sorry Alyssa it has to be you, but it's another time I see this... reply. Please keep in mind that it's not personal, it's about overall company behaviour past 6 years I use Storyline.

Seriously, you don't have a timeframe for bug that exist for at least year? Does anybody even consider repairing TECHNICAL BUGS? Or can we, people who paid for the software, just blabber for ourselves, to let other people know 'hey there, yeah, it's not only you, don't worry, it might be repaired in next 3 years maybe', seriously, what's wrong with developer team to not prioritize such things? How many people should write, that the problem exists and it's a serious thing for them? It's not a feature request, it's a bug report! Which sometimes seriously affects the learning itself, not to mention it aesthetic. You should hear my last conversation with a client... Yes sir, I know it's disappearing, however I cannot do anything for you, as the bug exist since the last year and company which made the e-learning developing software doesn't bother and I'm beyond repairing it myself.
That's not the way you should treat people who buy something from you. Really. Maybe try to raise that concern with your manager and do a little changes in customer support?

Great news! I've tested and have same issue with my content (on object dragged first or last on a form disappears...and re appears upon result slide...
We just released a fix for this issue in Storyline 360 in the latest update. To check if you're using the latest update, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.2618364.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Just adding to this, I was facing the same issue with the last object in Drag and Drop disappearing, but I changed the shuffle settings to 'None' and it appears to work.

Are you using Quizmaker 360? We do still have an issue open specific to this product and you are correct, setting the shuffle to none is the current workaround.

The workaround we have listed is the same one you noted, which is to set the Shuffle to 'None'.

I can confirm that for SL360 v3.25.18088.0, the disappearing item glitch only occurs when the answers are shuffled, via the Shuffle drop-down menu.
The glitch does NOT occur if you make each item appear one at the time and manually shuffle the order.
