after the latest update of articulate player for Ipad I can't launch my courses.
Before this update my courses use to work well, but now I get this error: "Unable to connect to the server" and if I touch "retry" the error appears again, or I can close the course touching "close", I have no other options.
Does someone have this problem? How can I solve it?
What did they change in the articulate player for Ipad??
I am experiencing all sorts of issues that I hadn't experienced prior to the last update publishing Storyline to the iPad. For example, all of my narration audio is being "cut off". This is not happening on the pc. Embedded documents are not opening within the program. Lightbox slides causing main layer to disappear. Am likely going to have to let users know that the program is not compatible with iPad; however, our business owners want this training to be mobile ready. Is anyone else experiencing these types of things?
First, I want you to know that the Articulate Quality Assurance Team has taken ownership of this problem as a possible defect within the recent Articulate Mobile Player, version 2.12. Our team is working on a fix for this, and we'll keep this thread updated with any developments.
Having said that, one of our customers has reported to us that they were able to work around the problem by eliminating a custom parameter that they had added to the query string of their course URL. It appears that our update may have caused a problem with such custom query strings, and eliminating them was an effective workaround.
Again, I just want to reiterate that we are currently considering this our problem to solve, although you may be able to experiment with eliminating or modifying your custom query string, if applicable.
Version 2.15 of the Articulate Mobile Player has been approved by Apple and should resolve this issue. Click here for instructions on how to update the Articulate Mobile Player app.
Please let us know if you have any other trouble, and thanks for your patience!

Hi Jeannie and welcome to Heroes!
Would you be able to share your .story course with our team here?
Dan, also feel free to share your files with us, as it seems like both of you are having different issues.
Hi Ashley,
but my question is what have you changed in the latest update that could lead to a connection error?
I haven't got this error before the update, and now our customers can't use our course.
Good Afternoon, Dan.

We'll keep this thread updated.
Thanks Justin,
I have deleted one additional parameter and now the course is working in the articulate player for iPad.
But please keep me updated on eventual articulate player updates.
Dan
