Our IT administrator has updated to the latest version of Articulate 360 desktop but I can't launch shortcuts to apps from menu (see attached error message).
Sorry, must have forgot to attach it after an hour of trying to fault find with the technician :). It's really strange i'm having to work on my storyline files from my temp folder because when I open the updated version it doesn't see the files where they are normally kept. Never happened before.
I'm pleased to advise that my desktop apps are now working and I can access my courses as I have normally. Do not know why I wasn't able when it was installed - the good thing is it is now operating normally now.
I'm glad to hear that things are working normally again! Did your IT team complete any repairs or reinstall the software? As Leslie mentioned, that's not an error I've seen recently and the version number is correct for the Desktop app. For Storyline 360, you'll want to make sure you're using 3.36.21289.0.

This is not an error I'm familiar with and it looks like your screenshot didn't make it through.
