Hey, Ted! So sorry you're running into so many issues on the latest update!

We did release a hotfix right after the latest update was released. Go to the Help tab, then click About Storyline, and be sure you see Storyline 360 update 3.27.18822.0 there. 

If you're already on the latest update and Storyline is still crashing on you, click here to connect with our Support Engineers. We want to be sure this doesn't happen to you again!

I'm sorry you're dealing with so many speedbumps in the latest update! I know that's got to be frustrating.
