Hi Jeanne,

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know what you are running into with your software.

I've not seen any similar issues reported and mine seems to be running as expected.

Would you be able to run a repair on your software install to see if this alleviates the issue? Perhaps something went awry during your last update.

How strange! Let's see if we can figure out why the CPU usage is higher than usual. 

To start, have you had a chance to conduct a repair of Storyline? If not, I would give that a try and see if that resolves the issue. You can find more details on this here:
