Latest Update to Stroyline 3 removed the whole application from my Computer

HELP! I downloaded the latest Storyline 3 update zip file to my computer and it wiped the ENTIRE storyline 3 application from my computer, and I cant open any of my storyline files now. All I get when I open the update file is that "articulate Storyline has already been installed" with a finish button to click.
