there are new updates for Articulate 360. I clicked the update button on the desktop app but it was showing an error. I tried to reinstall the desktop app again, but I received an error too. I'm not exactly sure what is happening as this never happened before. Can you pls assist with this issue?
I'm happy to investigate! Did you perhaps update your Windows environment as well? If you see an error message, it would be helpful to see a screenshot of what's being displayed.
From there we'll be able to dig deeper into the issue!
Yes, my company recently did an update to my laptop and that might be causing this problem. There wasn't such problem before the update. What could we do to rectify this issue?

First, I would check your network endpoints. This support article walks you through which domains need to be allowed.
Second, have you updated your Windows environment recently? For example, upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. If so, this would require an uninstall and reinstall of Articulate 360. Not to worry, this is an easy fix.
