I see that you asked a question yesterday here regarding an LMS API error that you were receiving.

Were you able to check out Katie's response there to see if that's what was causing your issues?

I'd also love to know the threads you are referring to so I could better understand the context of your question or perhaps you can elaborate on the issue you are having.

Leslie, I am using IE11 and Moodle. I am getting the following error message (attached)  when I try to play any of my uploaded courses on the LMS. I havenet seen a satisfactory answer from Articulate on why this is happening. Is it a Java issue?  is the LMS or browser version? Is it the launch option?

Thanks for reaching out and sending your file to our Support team! Richard tested your file, and I see he shared with you that it works correctly in SCORM Cloud. In that case, your LMS administrator would be the best resource for LMS-specific issues.

Also, we’ve had a few customers mention that their LMS doesn’t work well when you use a launcher.html file. Disabling it seems to help, so it might be worth trying in this case. Here’s how to disable it:

1. Open Player Properties
2. Go to Other tab
3. Uncheck Launch player in new window
