I"ve uploaded a completed Storyline to the Articulate LMS and when I attempt to Launch Content, or to see the content via the email link, I get a grey screen with Previous and Next buttons that do not go anywhere. The content is not accessible. What am I doing wrong?
This article should help you to view the content within Articulate Online. If that doesn't solve your issue, are you able to view your published content locally? If you are, and it's only not working when you view it online you may want to review this article. If you need anything else just let us know!
Thanks for the links. I was able to get the content to display by de-selecting the HTML 5 output option. I'm not entirely clear why that may/may not be ncessesary, but I can say that some Java that I placed in a certificate slide for Current Date will not work. Can you clarify why the HTML 5 option may be causing this?
I'm not sure why that would work for you - and don't know if it would have something to do with the Java, but I would doubt it. Are you able to share your .story file here so I can test it? If you'd prefer to share it privately you can always do so by sending to our Support team.
