Launch Player configuration on Tablet and Phone

Hi all,

If you have any tips on this it would be much appreciated!

I am using GrassBlade xAPI to upload my AS2 content to my WordPress site. I have the xAPI content configured to "Link to Open in a Pop Up Light Box".

This set up works fine on PC/Laptop but on a tablet or phone it gives me the dead face link. I get a fix if I do two things:

Change the lesson to "link to open in a new window" or "link to open in the same window"

Install the Android Articulate App.

Does anybody know if the lightbox option is known not to work on Android?

Hi Aaron,

I'm happy to hear it works in the mobile player app - and you may also want to check that you're using a supported browser as detailed here in the system requirements.

I had seen this once before. Did you find what was causing the issue on your end, and possible solution?

At this time, I do not have a fix for the issue.
