We are currently upgrading to the cloud solution of SuccessFactors. We have been running Articulate Storyline on the system no problem. Courses also complete on the android and iphone SuccessFactors app.
However, we simply cannot get them to launch from the iPad app.
A screen comes up with the Launch button but that's as far as it goes.
Has anyone else experienced this?
The ipad is on the most up-to-date iOs.
Your help really appreciated as we go live on July 4th!
We're having the same problem here! Courses are built to run in the mobile environment and are working perfectly on iPhones, but once we move to the SF iPad app, nothing will move past that load screen.
Were you able to go live in July? How did you work around this?
You may want to message Karen directly using the "contact me" button on her profile as this thread is a bit older. Since it's not an app that we support, being specific to SuccessFactors, I'd have to defer to their team or users.

Utilizing a 3rd party app is not something that I would be able to offer support in.
