Launching Issues

I have published a training within our LMS system.  I have a few people within the course that are unable to get the training to launch.  All employees have been issued the same surface pro and are using Chrome as their browser for opening the training.  Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear some of your users aren't able to access the course! 

Since you mentioned it's only a few that are experiencing this, have you checked to see if there are different browser settings or restrictions for those that are unable to access?

You can try testing your course in a different environment like SCORM Cloud to see if you run into the same issue, or feel free to share your file with our support engineers to take a closer look.
