I am in the SL360 State, layer and triggers tutorial in the Practice Activity: Add a Layer for Each Tab section. When I go to add my layer it appears as a blank black layer on my screen and no matter how I try it will not format to be transparent as in the lesson. Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong could use a little help.
