Layer times out after 5 seconds.

That's a little strange. Normally, the "Correct" and "Incorrect" feedback layers display until the "Continue" button is clicked by the user. 

Do you have any additional triggers anywhere tied to that layer or in the Feedback Master? 

Any chance you can share the .STORY file here? I'd be happy to take a look and see what's happening.

We have a similar problem like Anna.

Without having modified anything, the feedback layer times out automatically after 5 seconds, and returns to the question slide.

What we have stripped out is the default juming to the next slide...

Could this be a cause ?

In Lisa's case, her timeline was actually set to 5 seconds on her feedback layer. She was able to adjust the timeline, so it wouldn't disappear so quickly.

Yes, I think by removing that default trigger, the timeline expires when it reaches the end. If you want to keep it that way, you could just drag the timeline out to an amount you feel comfortable with. Most users probably won't sit there for very long, so you could set it up for a few minutes, if you prefer.
