I'm trying to create layers in a graded quiz (multiple choice, drag and drop, etc). The problem is, the other layers inherit the elements in the base layer. Although I would hide the base layer, it still shows in the Form View, so I could not change the choices/options in the Answer field. How do I create layers with separate elements from the base layer?

How are you using the additional layers? What triggers them to be shown?
