Layers in Lightbox issue

Hey guys,
I'm sure there is an obvious answer to this, but I can't figure it out for the life of me.
I've built an interactive timeline of sorts. Hovering over a component triggers a layer discussing what that component represents. A reset button resets the slide to make the content easy to review but not a pain to accidentally trigger. On the remaining slides in the objective, I'd like to give the learner the opportunity to lightbox this interactive slide to review, if he/she likes. The problem is that in the lightbox, none of the layers will trigger. The rest of the slide works fine other than this.
Two slides are attached. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can provide.

Hi Kate:
It seemed to function for me. I opened it in preview. Opened the lightbox slide and rolled my mouse over the various shapes and the accompanying information did appear from the right for each shape. I didn't change anything, just viewed it.
Hey Tracy-
Did you first view the initial slide before viewing it in the lightbox? It is still not working on my end.
Actually, I figured it out. Added triggers to the initial slide setting all variables to false and all text boxes to hidden when the timeline begins. The lightbox now functions as it should with respect to the layers.
Attaching the file in case it helps anyone in the future.
Thanks for the update Kate :)
