I have a slide with several layers that has been working properly - but now is only working in Preview, and not when Published. I copied the individual slide to a new file, and it worked fine. I copied the entire project to a new file, and that individual slide did NOT work. What am I missing?
First thing to try is not copy file, but open new project and import slides. Second thing is to be sure everything matches. How are you publishing it, and to where? Third thing to try is to publish to LMS, and upload it to scormcloud to see if it works there. Fourth thing is to attach it here, and see if someone can help you.
