Layers Showing

I am creating a training using a dial that shows a different layer as the dial is moved to each step. On each layer, I  have selected the property to hide other layers.

However, as I am working on each layer, the other layers can be seen in the background. I used this template to create the training https://community.articulate.com/download/storyline-360-space-themed-dial-interaction. This has happened on other modules I built, but not to the extent that it has happened here. 

Is there a setting I need to change? Or is it just my copy of Articulate that is being weird? I am using the trial version at the moment. Thanks!
