I have an issue where the layer is showing on top of the base layer when I try to work on it. It looks fine in production/preview but makes the base very difficult to work on as I cannot see/access the content to make changes.
I remember being confused by this when I first started using Storyline. I'd shut and open "eyes" without even realizing what I was doing. So, I thought I'd add an image to support Kevin's (correct) instructions.
